Experience Required: - 3 to 4 years of experience
Mandatory Skills

At least 2+ years ASP 3.0, Java script, HTML experience required.
At least 2+ years SQL Server 2000 / Oracle 9i experience required.
Must be able to trouble shoot production issues.
Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills.
Ability to work well with technical and business staff to achieve project objective(s)
Demonstrating initiative, integrity and mentoring.
Ability to provide encouragement and contributing equally as team leader and team member.
Ability to demonstrate customer service skills; providing flexibility in handling both internal and external customer related issues.
Ability to acquire and stay current with business and industry knowledge and technology trends.
Ability to demonstrate drive, persistence and personal ownership of assignments
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions and demonstrate problem solving skills, analysis, prioritization and risk taking.

Desired Skills
Exposure to ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, Oracle 10g
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Previous experience in a cross-functional team environment highly desirable.
LMS (Learning Management System) experience desired.
