1. PHP/MySQL developers - 2 to 8 years

Job Description - The desired candidate would be involved in full software/ website development life cycle. Must be very proficient in PHP/MYSQL and must be capable of handling projects independently. Meeting challenging project goals and deadlines is a prerequisite. The candidate(s) would be responsible for producing detailed design specifications, writing and documenting the programming code, deciding and designing the software, have effective communication skills for dealing with clients and discussing ideas with technical and non-technical colleagues,have good analytical, technical and commercial skills. Position is to be filled immediately.

Profile -
- At least 2+ yr of experience working on PHP on Linux,Apache,MySQL environment & with additional PHP libraries-IMAP, GC, LDAP, Curl, etc
- Good Communication & Team Management skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Should be able to demonstrate skills with the help of minimum 3 successfully completed projects
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be willing to work under tight dead lines
- Must have good time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Descripton - The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage all phases of a project from concept inception and requirements planning to project execution and on-going support.
- Should be technically strong Good project management skills.
- Should be a person who is 80% Technical and 20% into Management.
- Should be more into development or QA or support.

Profile -
Preferably BE/MCA + MBA, 2-4 years of experience in project management, extensive knowledge of technology platforms from Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, and IBM. The ideal candidate would have played a key role in analysis and design of a number of projects as a Project Manager as an interface between the client and the development team.

3. Web Designer / User Interface Designer For Web Applications - 2 to 4 years

Job Description - You will be involved in Design, Analysis & Development of presentation layers using HTML, DHTML, Javascript, XML, XSLT to code as per given specifications. Able to create and manipulate graphics. Work with latest versions of graphic tools. Familiarity script languages (ASP, PHP, JSP) will definitely give you an edge over others…. Specific skill sets include Photoshop, Macromedia Dream Weaver, Flash, Action Scripting, 3D designing tools.

- Designing website templates,flash presentation
- Website planning & basic HTML integration
- Designing flash Ad banner (Desirable, not compulsory)
- Flash animation and scripting (Desirable, not compulsory)

User Interface Designer For Web Applications

- Effectively document UI design in UI Design document.
- Communicate and clarify, through various forums UI designs standards and methodology.
- Conceive, define, and implement user interface guidelines andstandards.
- Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Drive interaction designs from conceptualization through development to ensure successful implementation of design.
- Translate abstract concepts and ideas - from information obtained from customer research and other usability methodologies- into low fidelity prototypes (e.g., Photoshop simulations).
- Help drive the user-centered design process.
- Ensure optimum usability by incorporating usability findings into designs.
- Assist in iterative usability testing of prototypes throughout the development cycle.
- Use industry-standard best practices to analyze requirements and design user interfaces, which most effectively implement those requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends in human/computer interactions so that where appropriate, new UI technology can be introduced into Clients applications.
- Prioritize design tasks and deliver projects on time.

Desired Profile - HTML, DHTML, XML, XSLT, Javascript, Dream weaver. User Interface design experience for web applications is an advantage. Knowledge of server side scripting such as perl, PHP, JSP would be an added advantage.
